This font is a grunge font called Gold Under The Mud with a bold and punk vibe and trashy style. It can be used for any graffiti, channel banner, music concert posters, flyers or album titles, school banners, and it can be a good choice if you want to have a cool headline. This font is in all-caps one.

GOLD UNDER THE MUD is a hand drawn grungy font with all capital letters.
I recommend to play around and combine / mix up upper and lowercase characters it looks more natural when you have for double letters so they aren’t identical.
